The Miguel Hernández University Language Laboratory has proposed not only that its students speak and learn English in class, but that they practice their language skills as much as possible out of their course timetables. We also want them to learn to express themselves in English in everyday terms, from life itself, to talk about events, tell anecdotes and learn about other cultures and people.
For this reason, and because we want to continue to innovate in our teaching/learning processes, we have created our SPEAKING BAR!, a fantastic meeting place in the cafeteria of the Quorum I building where we organise meetings for approximately an hour to have a coffee or a beer accompanied by English-speaking UMH Erasmus students who come to our University every year. It will be a great way to learn English, learn about other customs and ways of life, have fun and have a good time while you practice the language.

REGISTRATION:
To participate, you will have to register before 20:30 on the Wednesday prior to the Friday appointment of that week, by telephoning or by going directly to our offices during their normal timetable.
Try to be plan ahead and register in time as we have to make the pertinent provisions. Participants will be chosen by strict order of registration and places are limited to the capacity of the cafeteria and the number of Erasmus students who can attend.
This service is COMPLETELY FREE. You only have to pay the price of the compulsory minimum consumption.
